Sanah Manickam

Sanah joined the IFA team as a Policy and Project Coordinator in 2024.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Waterloo and offers 10+ years of experience in policy analysis, public affairs, and stakeholder relations with government institutions and non-profit organizations.

She has worked on climate change policy research, policy implementation for Social Assistance programs in Ontario, and local economic inclusion and advocacy work for a low-income community. Offering a robust knowledge of public policy matters and a deep understanding of the factors that influence government decision-making,

Sanah is driven by the desire to be part of something bigger than herself to deliver meaningful results for the public good.
