Specialist, Member Engagement and Network Impact

Caitlin works at the IFA to strengthen its role as a global convener and connector, enhancing member engagement and enabling cross-sector collaboration to drive collective impact on healthy ageing and longevity. A global health and ageing leader with over 16 years of experience, she brings a collaborative, people-centred approach, working across civil society, governments, multilateral agencies, and academia to align priorities and advance policy and systems change.

Prior to joining the International Federation on Ageing, Caitlin held senior roles with HelpAge International, working across Asia and globally with network members and partners in over 100 countries. She led the design and delivery of networked strategies and platforms that enable shared governance, learning, and advocacy, and co-authored the organisation’s global network strategy.

She is a technical specialist in healthy ageing, universal health coverage, and long-term care systems, with a focus on translating policy into coordinated action and influence at national, regional, and global levels. She has also built and stewarded strategic partnerships with organizations including the World Health Organization, development banks, and other international organizations. Caitlin holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and a BA in Sociology from Wheaton College.
