Given their immense experience having acquired during their life time, elders wants to open up and also guide the younger generation and youth on the right track. But often they are mistaken and rejected by the section of society and thus elders are reclining to the wheel chairs rather than coming out of the oblivion.
By establishing Elders Clubs (leaders) at their colony, apartments, and their staying place, ECIF wants to bring inclusive change in the lives of the elders.
