Dr. Jane Barratt has been selected for recognition as one of the Healthy Ageing 50 – fifty leaders working to transform the world to be a better place to grow older.

The Healthy Ageing 50 has received a massive number of nominations, showcasing that there are so many extraordinary individuals around the world innovating across sectors and stakeholders to improve the lives of current and future generations of older people.

Dr. Barratt has been selected for her extraordinary achievements in the area of healthy ageing. Whether driven by personal experience, education, curiosity or passion for justice she has recognized that today’s systems were designed for past generations and not current or future ones, being an exemplar for others to follow.
