Carley Moore
Carley joined the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) as a Policy and Project Coordinator in 2024 bringing a wealth of academic skills and hands-on experience.
She earns her Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto, specializing in Aging, Palliative, and Support Care Across the Life Course in June 2024. Carley completed her BA (Hons.) at the University of Toronto in 2022, where she pursued a double major in Health Studies and Ethics Society and Law, with a minor in Political Science. Her multifaceted educational background ignited her passion for advocating health equity, particularly within the older adult demographic.
With a rich background in qualitative and mixed-methods research, Carley has researched and published works that delve into various facets of health and aging, including but not limited to gendered ageism, HIV and aging, intergenerational living, and policy implications. In her work, she is passionate about researching intersectionality, equity, sexual health and the overall well-being of older adults.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Carley enjoys reading, cooking, and embroidery.
