Kevin G. Orr

Mr. Kevin Orr is the Group Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Winner Medical Group, he supports Group Chairman in group public affairs, sustainability & strategic investments, also he is the Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, and Member of Beijing Tongzhou District Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Orr was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group.

Mr. Orr is specialized in public health & preventive medicine. Since 2003, he has participated in national & international humanitarian relief by providing medical supplies to protect the front line and public against the pandemic.  Moreover Mr. Orr has contributed the founding of the Gerontechnology ecosystem development in Hong Kong, and he actively collaborated on the frontier and cutting-edge life sciences & medical technology research projects by achieving multiple international awards, and he advances the group corporate’s strength of digital economy & technology with smart supply chain into national’s initiative to advance corporate’s productivity.  Mr. Orr is the Co-President of Life Sciences & Medical Development Foundation, Board Director of the International Federation on Aging, Honorary Advisor of InnoHK Multi-Scale Medical Robotics Center, Professional Advisor of the Master of Public Health programme in JC School of Public Health & Primary Care in Faculty of Medicine of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Orr has strong passion in youth development, well-being & mental health, and sports medicine; he applies social innovation with impact investment model by providing AI programming & STEAM education for the youth & instructors, and promotes digital inclusion for the elderlies in Hong Kong, he serves as the Chairman of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force under Commission of Poverty of HKSAR Government, Vice President of Centum Charitas Foundation, and Vice Chairman of Hong Kong United Youth Association.

In support the progress of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030, Winner Group adapts the “Power of Purcotton” charitable action to cooperate with National Geographic Chinese media promoting the Green sustainable lifestyle, also produces a series of original documentaries “She is a ChangeMaker” to show the power of female role models for gender equality, and initiates the “The Mountain & Sea Conservation” programme to advocate the reuse of old clothes and “plastic-free” by better use of cotton.  Mr. Orr recommended Winner Medical’s cotton nonwoven green fabric technology on medical protective equipment application and reduced 90% usage of plastic materials, which recognized as United Nations Best Enterprise for Best Practice in SDGs for sustainable & resilient healthcare innovation of BRI countries, moreover he has received United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Pioneer of China, Forbes China Greater Bay Area ESG 30 Award, and serves as Vice President of Beijing National ESG Institute.
